The Helmet of Salvation
God’s protection over your Being, Mindset and Will to receive, through love, righteousness, faith and humility, the gift of Eternal Life (John 3:16), on Earth and in God’s Kingdom for evermore.
Breastplate of Righteousness
God’s gift of Righteousness is given to everyone. It is how it is used and “nurtured”, by mind, will and emotions (our Soul) that make the difference. Through God’s Love for us and ours towards Him, ourselves and others, our faith grows through belief in the Word. The Word is God. Through good works, kindness, compassion and being righteous in our thoughts and deeds, anything is possible through God.
Belt of Truth
Obey the Commandments of the Old and the New Testament, gain Wisdom from the Word and live it. Express true Love and humilty in your life. We stumble, but as Children of God and sincere commitment, we are forgiven…Past, present and future.
The Sandles of the Gospel of Peace
Walk in Peace 3rd Fruit of the Spirit and (John 14:27), with the Helmet of Salvation, the Breastplate of Righteousness and the Belt of Truth securely in place, the Holy Spirit God wants us to walk in Peace with knowledge of the Word…not chapter and verse…, but belief with no stress, strife, anxiety, depression, hatred, ill thoughts or idle gossip etc. Walk as though each step and breath is a God given gift. Enjoy life with the gifts you have been given and walk the Narrow Road in peace with Jesus.
Sheild of Faith
Fend off temptation and spiritual attacks from the enemy. Having the “Word” with you, spiritually or literally, pocket size or on a mobile device, can only be a good thing. Anchor your faith on a number of key scriptures or better still, personal experiences, and don’t let go. Anchor yourself to a church that fits you and build relationships and fellowship with Godly people. The Romans used their sheilds linked together to fend off the enemy. That said, you are never alone. God will never forsake you, but we can feel weak and vulnerable when under attack. Stay strong, have faith… 
Sword of the Spirit
Your Words are the sword. Be confident in the Word of God and be prepared to use it in defence and, if necessary, attack. But, as with the sword words, spoken or written, can break the 6th Commandment, “Thou Shalt Not Murder (ref: Emotional Murder)”, so use it with wisdom and grace.
Ephesians 6:10-17 NIV
[10] Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. [11] Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. [12] For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. [13] Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. [14] Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, [15] and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. [16] In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. [17] Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
